Quick update
Good good morning!
Just waking up here from a very busy weekend. As a family we thoroughly enjoyed and were blessed by scooting up to Bethel Friday evening for a wonderful weekend. Saturday morning I got up early to get out on Songo Pond, about 6 miles south of the church there in Bethel, to do some ice fishing. A few of the men at the church went with me and we had a fantastic morning together. Later on the kids arrived and Bri ended up getting a few flags on her trap. While she was reeling in what seemed to be a nice size fish, she dropped it…
Those exciting times make for a thrilling adventure as a family. Later on that day, back at the parsonage we got warm again and fell asleep for about 20 minutes as the sun was beating through the front window onto the very comfy couch… It made for a great time of rest.
Sunday morning we enjoyed a wonderful time in Sunday School and Church as both studies were focused on not “loving” the world. Yesterdays message has been posted on our podcast channel.
Being involved in Bethel and serving there temporarily has been a great blessing to our family during this pandemic. It is truly amazing to see the Lord at work.
We are also excited about this coming weekend where our first annual men’s leadership conference will be conducted. We are expecting around 25-30 men and are thrilled for the opportunity to encourage local Maine Pastors. If you have not signed up, please let us know you are coming via text, email, or our website under the events tab.
